Antique English Brass Powder Flask (Dixon & Sons)

This lovely, antique, English, brass powder flask with a black painted body, possibly on copper due to the wear, has a screw off top with an adjustable nozzle, along with a functioning sprung thumb lever. Other than signs of age-related wear to the black covering it’s in great condition and is stamped on the nozzle ‘DIXON & SONS’ ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’. The flask measures 19,5cm in length, 5cm at its widest with a depth of 4cm and weighs 235g.
