Antique Sterling Silver & Crystal Perfume Bottle

This fine quality, antique, solid silver and cut-crystal perfume bottle is hand-cut in the lovely ‘hobnail’ pattern. It has an unusual English hallmarked, wide, flat topped, hinged silver lid, decorated with a very pretty, engraved and chased floral pattern. The scent bottle was made in 1912 in Sheffield, England by silversmiths ‘James Dixon & Sons’ (J.D.&S). Other than the small internal crystal stopper missing, it’s in great condition, and it stands 11,5cm high, with a diameter of 10cm at its widest and weighs 445g.
