Boer War – Q.S.A. Medal ‘PTE. E. SHELVER’ (Queenstown R.V.)

This original, full size ‘Queen South Africa’ medal with two clasps (Cape Colony & Wittebergen) was awarded to ‘Private E. Shelver’, who served with the ‘Queenstown Rifle Volunteers’. The medal is un-researched, but confirmed on the roll, is in great condition with ribbon and is nicely tarnished. The rim of the medal reads ‘521A PTE. E. SHELVER, QUEENSTOWN R.V.’.
