Boer War – Scarce Q.S.A. Medal ‘R.S.M. F.J. Mulligan’ (Border Horse)

This original, scarce, full size ‘Queen South Africa’ medal is issued to a high rank (R.S.M), very seldom seen. It has three clasps: (Cape Colony, Transvaal, Wittebergen), and was awarded to ‘Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) F. J. Mulligan (Francis James)’ who served with the ‘Border Horse’. This medal is un-researched, but confirmed on the roll, is in great condition, with its original ribbon, and nicely tarnished.
