Impressive Large Gouda ‘FANDO’ Charger/Wall Plate (Signed)

This large, very attractive ‘Royal Gouda’ charger or wall plate from the 1940/50’s, has been beautifully hand painted in autumn colours, against a cream background. It features a colourful and appealing floral design known as the ‘Fando’ pattern. The factory marks are painted and signed on the back ‘5110/40, FANDO, ROYAL ZUID HOLLAND, GOUDA’. The large wall plate is in excellent condition and features two small factory-made holes on the back to assist when hanging. It has a diameter of 40cm, and weighs 1905g.
