Large Attractive ‘Lladro’ Hot Air Balloon Figurine (Through the Clouds)

This adorable, large, scarce, Spanish porcelain ‘Lladro’ figurine titled ‘Through the Clouds’ (6522), features a lovely hot air balloon with three kittens going for a ride through the clouds. It was produced for a short period of four years, from 1998 to 2002 and was sculptured by the very skilled ‘Francisco Polope’ who has been with the ‘Lladro’ factory for fifty years. This collectable handmade piece is in excellent condition, and painted in soft colours with a lovely, glazed finish. It stands 23,5cm high, weighs 615g and is stamped ‘LLADRO’ ‘Made in Spain’ on the base in blue, as well as being impressed with the model number ‘6522’.
