Rare Miniature Royal Doulton ‘Dickens’ Vase

This rare, miniature, two-handled vase depicts ‘Mr Pickwick’ from the Royal Doulton Dickens series, and is from the earliest of the three colourways, which is the white background (1908-1931). Other than being a scarce colourway, it is also a rare shape that is seldom seen. It has the early ‘Royal Doulton Dickens Ware’ backstamp, with the ‘Noke’ signature on the side. It is in excellent condition and stands 10,8cm high, with a base diameter of 5.9cm.
