Rhodesia – WW2 ‘237 Squadron’ Royal Air Force Plaque

This scarce, original WW2, wall mounted, solid wood and enamel painted, metal plaque of ‘No.237 (Rhodesia) Squadron’ ‘Royal Air Force’ is in very good condition. The photograph shows, what appears to be paint loss but isn’t, on the side of the lion. It appears to be a small green and red painted leaf or claw. The plaque measures 14,4cm x 17,5cm x 2cm and weighs 395g.
