Superb Vintage ‘Stuart’ Crystal Decanter

This early, heavy, good quality, cut crystal ‘Stuart’ decanter, from the 1950/60’s, is in excellent condition. It is bell shaped, with a star cut base, diamond cut body and a mushroom shaped stopper. The ‘Stuart’ mark has been acid etched on the edge of the base. Stuart crystal was first manufactured in the late 1880’s in England and was discontinued in 2001. They were well known for their exceptional quality. The decanter measures 24cm in height (20,2cm without the stopper), has a base diameter of 10.5cm and weighs 1255g.
