Victorian Cut-Crystal Wine/Sherry Decanter

This impressive, super quality, late Victorian crystal wine or sherry decanter has a wonderful shape with a bulbous round body, and a long-faceted neck. It is profusely decorated in the popular ‘hobnail’ pattern which has been beautifully hand-cut with deep and sharp detail, along with a deep ‘diamond’ faceted neck and ‘hobnail’ cut stopper. Other than a tiny nick on the lip of the decanter it’s in great condition with a good weight and reflects the light beautifully due to the ‘hobnail-cut’ pattern. It stands 28,5cm high with stopper, measures 14cm at its widest and weighs 870g.
