Victorian Glass ‘Gilt Decorated – Handkerchief’ Vase

This amazing, antique, hand-blown ‘handkerchief’ glass vase from the late 1800’s, has a wonderful shape and is beautifully hand decorated in gold, with garlands of flowers. It has an unusual round and squat shape with a handkerchief, ruffle shaped top and scalloped rounded sides, and other than very minor gilt loss it’s in great condition. It stands 13,5cm with a diameter of 16,5cm, and weighs 745g.
