Victorian Rose Gold Fancy Link Padlocked Bracelet

This magnificent rose gold bracelet is one of the nicest I’ve seen. It has exquisite detailing on the front links and a beautifully engraved floral, heart shaped, padlock catch with a safety chain. The padlock works well and fastens securely. The bracelet is marked ‘9c’ for 9ct gold and the padlock is stamped, on the back, with ‘9ct’ and has the makers mark ‘W.H.W.Ld’  (possibly ‘William Harrison Walker’ of Newgate St. London, who registered this mark in 1897). There is also someone’s initials under the hallmark. It is in remarkable condition for its age. The bracelet measures 16 – 17cm in length with the padlock, is 1.2cm wide and weighs 19.7g.
