Victorian Sterling Silver Bangle (1884)

This fabulous, late Victorian, English hallmarked solid silver hinged bangle is beautifully decorated along the front with raised, life-like leaves and stalks, along with other hand engraved flat leaves, all in super detail. It’s in great condition with a lovely, aged patina and is silver hallmarked for Birmingham 1884, along with the makers stamp ‘G & K’ which I haven’t been able to trace. The bracelet has an oval shape measuring 6,5cm x 5,5cm, with a width of 2cm, and a weight of 27,6g. It has a secure, push in clasp that clips shut, along with a strong hinge.
