Victorian Sterling Silver Scent Bottle (1890)

This very early, charming, sterling silver encased scent bottle, has a wonderful, raised twirl design, which follows through to the hinged lid. It was made in 1890 by silversmiths ‘Arthur Willmore Pennington’ (AWP) in Birmingham, England. This lovely scent bottle is in excellent condition, still has its small, original glass stopper and the smell of scent is still strong. It stands 7cm high, with a diameter of 2,5cm and weighs 46,3g.
