Vintage 18ct Gold, Diamond and Sapphire Dress Ring

This beautiful vintage ring is set with 2 x small diamonds (= 0.14ct) and a large centre diamond (0.40ct). On either side of the centre diamond are 2 x blue sapphires (3.20mm each). The ring is set in 18ct yellow gold, but not stamped, and there is a lovely vintage scroll pattern hand engraved on each side of the top of the setting. It is in excellent condition and weighs 4.54g.
