Vintage Silver & Marcasite Cameo Brooch/Pendant

This lovely, early, super quality, silver cameo brooch from the 1940/50’s, features a right facing oval portrait of a lady wearing a beaded necklace and drop earrings, all beautifully hand carved with lovely detail. The cameo is mounted in a pretty, solid silver frame set with marcasite stones, and can either be worn as a brooch or pendant. The brooch is in excellent with a secure pin and roll-over clasp, along with a small hanger for a chain and is stamped ‘930’ (93% Silver) on the back. It measures 4cm x 3cm and weighs 8,2g.
