WW2 – S.A. Pair to ‘Woman’s Auxiliary Army Service’ (S. McLellan)

This original, scarce, full-size pair of South African WW2 war medals were awarded to a woman in the ‘Women’s Auxiliary Army Service’ (W.A.A.S.). The pair consists of the ‘Africa Service Medal’ in silver and the ‘1939/45 War Medal’, with both impressed on the rim, ‘W305875, S. Mc LELLAN’. The pair are in great condition and nicely tarnished with their original ribbons.
