1950/60’s Bing & Grondahl ‘First Kiss’ Figurine

This cute, 1950/60’s, hand painted porcelain figurine titled ‘First Kiss’, depicts a young boy trying to kiss a young girl on her cheek. It was made in Denmark by the ‘Bing & Grondahl’ (B&G) factory, who later merged with the ‘Royal Copenhagen’ factory in 1987. The figurine is in excellent condition and carries the blue and green factory backstamps along with the model number ‘2162’. It measures 13cm x 7,5cm, stands 19cm high and weighs 545g.
