Antique 18ct Gold, Red Sapphire & Diamond Ring (1913)

This fine quality, very attractive, 18ct gold English hallmarked ring from the early 1900’s, features three natural reddish coloured sapphires (= 0,51ct) across the centre, along with three old European cut, natural diamonds on either side (= 0,27). The ring was made in London in 1913, and is in great condition, with nice clear hallmarks and has a ring finger size of ‘L’.

The ring comes with a detailed valuation, with a replacement of R40 000, a copy of which is listed in the photographs. (The valuation was done by a very reputable Gemmologist but doesn’t take antiquity and rarity into consideration).
