Antique ‘Blue Satin Glass’ Ewer/Jug

This attractive, very early and possibly Victorian, baby blue, satin glass ewer with a clear glass handle and white glass interior has a melon shaped body, decorated with hand painted raised gilt flowers or berries on branches. Other than a discoloured interior, this beautiful jug is in excellent condition with a nice pontil scar on the base. It stands 24cm high, with a width of 9cm at its widest and weighs 355g.
