Antique ‘Cherry Toothpaste’ Pot & Lid

This lovely, very collectable, antique toothpaste pot and lid was made in England around the late 1800’s/early 1900’s by ‘S.MAW,SON & SONS’ in ‘Aldersgate Street LONDON’, and was called ‘CHERRY TOOTH PASTE’ ‘For cleaning & preserving the teeth and gums’. This scarce piece, other than some crazing and considering its age, is in great condition and measures 6,6cm in diameter and stands 3,5cm high.
