Antique German ‘Hanau’ Solid Silver Box (Roman Gladiators)

This lovely, collectable, antique, German solid ‘Hanau’ silver snuff or trinket box is decorated in relief around the sides and features a repousse scene on the lid with Roman gladiators. It’s a small rectangular hinged box with canted corners and is clearly hallmarked on the base with German ‘Hanau’ silver marks. The box is in great condition and measures 4,7cm x 3,3cm, stands 1,9cm high and weighs 35,5g.
