Antique Sterling Silver & Glass Match Striker

This lovely, heavy, antique, glass and solid silver match striker from the early 1900’s is in excellent condition. It has a round and heavy ribbed glass body, fitted with a sterling silver cup to hold the matches, which is English hallmarked for Birmingham 1911. This unusual collectable piece would make an ideal paperweight or toothpick holder. It measures 6,3cm in diameter, with a height of 5,7cm and weighs 215,5g.
