Art Nouveau ‘Cranberry Glass & Gorham Silver’ Perfume Bottle

This fabulous antique, American cranberry glass perfume bottle with sterling silver overlay, is in excellent condition with its original matching stopper. It is beautifully decorated and engraved in a thick gauge sterling silver art nouveau overlay with an engraved monogram on the stopper. It is stamped with the ‘Gorham’ silver hallmarks and the number ‘D 952’ on the silver towards the base. This super quality piece is in amazing condition and probably dates between 1895 and 1905. It stands 11cm high, has a diameter of 8cm at its widest and weighs 287g.
