Beautiful Sterling Silver ‘Candida’ Bracelet

This beautiful, 1950’s designer piece by one of South Africa’s top creative silversmiths, Joe Calafato, who used the name ‘Candida’, between 1947 and 1972. The bracelet consists of nine wide, hinged, scroll motif patterns with a secure clasp, which is stamped on the back – ‘Candida’ and ‘STER SIL.’ This quality, silver bracelet has a good weight and feel to it and is in excellent condition. It measures 20cm in length, with a width of 3.1cm and weighs 76g.
