Beautifully Carved ‘Signed Cameo’ Brooch or Pendant

This early, beautifully hand carved portrait of a lady, out of sea shell, is mounted in a gold plated frame. The cameo itself has been signed on the back by the sculptor which is seldom seen. The cameo from the 1930/40’s, can be either worn as a brooch or pendant. It is in excellent condition and measures 3,8cm x 3,1cm
