Caithness ‘Roe Deer’ Etched Glass Vase

This beautiful, vintage, heavy, mauve glass vase from the 1970/80’s was made by the well-known ‘Caithness Glass’ Company in Scotland. It features a large ‘Roe Deer’, which has been beautifully engraved with super detail, on the front. The vase has a nice shape with a weighted base and the mauve colouring blends from nearly clear at the top to a darker mauve towards the base. It still has its original ‘Caithness Scotland’ label on the side, and the base is engraved ‘Roe Deer’ with the number ‘23’. The vase is in excellent condition and measures 17cm in height, 9cm at its widest and weighs 540g.
