Christmas 1914 Princess Mary Brass Tin & Card

This brass tin, which was an initiative of Princess Mary (who was 17 at the time), was given to all British soldiers and sailors as a Christmas gift. The tins contained cigarettes, candy, pencils etc. plus a Christmas card. The contents of the tin are gone but it still has the original Christmas card. Both the tin and card are in excellent condition. The tin measures 13cm x 8.5cm x 3cm.
