Early Elegant Silver & Crystal Scent Bottle (1929)

This attractive, heavy, cut-crystal scent bottle with stopper, from the early 1900’s has an unusual boat shaped, beautifully hand-cut crystal body, with a sterling silver neck and mount. The silver neck is English hallmarked for Birmingham 1929 and stamped with a maker’s mark ‘K&L’. The mount shows signs of use along the top, with the glass on the inside of the silver collar being chipped from years of use (can’t be seen unless stopper is removed), and the stopper has a very slight wobble, otherwise the scent bottle is in great condition. It stands 15,5cm high, measures 15,5cm x 8cm and weighs 760g.
