Early Solid Silver ‘Charles & Diana’ Thimble

This lovely, sterling silver thimble is in excellent condition and was produced to commemorate the wedding of Prince Charles to Lady Diana Spencer in 1981. It has, in relief, the large initials ‘C & D’ with wedding bells on the sides along with a picture of ‘St. Pauls Cathedral’. The thimble was made in 1981 in Birmingham by silversmiths ‘Ammonite Ltd’ (ALTD). It stands 23mm high, has a base diameter of 19mm, and weighs 3,7g.
