Large Antique Brass & Iron Jam Pot

This wonderful, large, heavy old brass jam pot, with an overhead forged iron, copper riveted handle probably dates to the late 1800’s, early 1900’s.  This jam or preserve pot has the odd marks to the interior, but is in great condition for its age, and has a lovely, polished brass patina. It has a diameter of 30cm, with a height of 34cm including handle, 16cm without, and weighs a heavy 4,2kg.
