Large Antique ‘Mary Gregory’ Glass Vase

This wonderful, large, antique, turquoise blue ‘Mary Gregory’ double handled glass vase has an attractive shape with a gilded rim and handles. It features a beautifully white enamelled and hand-painted outdoor scene of a seated lady playing a ‘lyre’, and other than two tiny rim chips, it’s in excellent condition. This is honestly one of the best pieces of ‘Mary Gregory’ glass that I’ve come across in forty years of trading. The vase stands 28,5cm high, with a width of 16,5cm (handle to handle) and weighs 680g.
