Murano ‘Vetreria 3 Fiori’ Glass Paperweight (Signed)

This attractive, small, ‘Murano’ art glass paperweight features a colourful array of numerous ‘Millefiori’ canes with seven evenly spaced white daisy canes all against a blueish ground base.  It was made by the ‘Vetreria 3 Fiori’ glass studio on the island of Murano in Venice, Italy, who came to be recognised as the best millefiori paperweight maker in Murano. Sadly, the studio only operated for five years and closed in 2005. This lovely scarce paperweight is in excellent condition and is etched on the base by the makers ‘Vetreria 3 Fiori, Murano. Ve’. It stands 3,5cm high, with a diameter of 5cm and weighs 132g.
