Rare Erotic Enamel Cigarette Case (C.1900)

This awesome, antique, German, erotic, white metal cigarette case has been beautifully enamelled with a semi-nude scene of a couple in a cave pool. The enamel and case are in excellent condition, with a sprung hinge which opens and closes perfectly. These rare, early, original erotic enamel cases have become very collectable and hard to come by. It is stamped with the makers mark ‘ROMCO’ and the German nickel silver mark ‘ALPACCA’. It measures 8.8cm x 7.8cm x 1.5cm and weighs 142.3g.
