Rare ‘Koevoet’ – ‘Z I H’ (Ongwediva) Shoulder Flash

This original and obsolete green, black and grey Tupperware shoulder flash bearing a fish eagle and the letters ‘Z I H’ was worn by one of the six ‘Koevoet’ combat teams stationed at ‘Ongwediva’, with their call-sign being ‘Zulu 1 Hotel’. ‘Koevoet’ or (ops-K Division) was the Counter Insurgency Wing of the South West African Police between 1979 and 1989. The flash is in excellent condition and measures 11cm x 7cm.
