Rare S. Africa Police (SAP) Good Service Medal (S. GWALA)

This original, scarce, early, silver South African Police (SAP) ‘Good Service Medal’ was issued to ‘Native Constable, S. Gwala’. I’ve read that these medals issued to natives are rare and don’t come on the market very often. It’s in excellent condition with ribbon (possibly incorrect ribbon) and weighs 35g. The medal rim reads: ‘20425 (V) N/KONST. S. GWALA’.
