Rhodesia – Early ‘B.S.A.P. Handcuffs’ (Stamped BSAP)

This early pair of Rhodesian ‘British South Africa Police’ (BSAP) heavy steel handcuffs or shackles, probably date to around the 1950/60’s and are in great condition, with the key that works well. Both the handcuffs and key are stamped ‘B.S.A.P.’ as well as a few other stamps ‘HIATT, A1615/56, BRITISH MADE’. The key also has the number ‘A3875/56’ and has a woven leather toggle attached to it. They measure 27cm in length and weigh 375g.
