Royal Copenhagen ‘Boy with Calf’ Figurine

This lovely, early, hand painted ‘Royal Copenhagen’ figurine depicting a young man trying to restrain a calf by pulling on its rope, was made in Denmark in 1961 and designed by ‘Christian Thomsen’. The figurine is in excellent condition and is stamped with the blue and green factory backstamps, along with the model number ‘772’. The figure measures 17cm x 10cm, stands 17cm high and weighs 565g.
