Royal Copenhagen ‘Sailboat’ Vase

This lovely, early, hand painted, ‘Royal Copenhagen’ vase has an attractive shape and is decorated with a white yacht or sailboat in rough waters, with dark clouds in the background, against the traditional soft blue and cream background. The vase is in excellent condition and is stamped with the blue and green factory backstamps along with the model and pattern numbers ‘2706’ over ‘237’. It stands 19cm high, with a diameter of 11cm at its widest and weighs 705g.
