Signed Vintage Rose Gold Cameo Brooch (C.1945)

This amazing quality, 9ct gold cameo brooch is in excellent condition and is signed on the back – ‘Aucello’ ‘45’ (for 1945). Very rarely do you come across a signed cameo and when you do, they are normally ones of the finest quality. This hand carved cameo shows a beautiful portrait of a right facing young woman with gorgeous hair. It is set in a simple, oval, 9ct rose gold plain frame which highlights the cameo. It measures 4.7cm x 3.5cm. The frame is not marked but has been tested by my jeweller as 9ct.
