Stunning Pair of Sterling Silver Wine Coasters

This wonderful pair of solid silver, English hallmarked decanter or bottle coasters have a classic design – with plain, round bodies, straight sides and reed edged borders. They have mahogany wood turned bases with a silver medallion in the centre of each, with felt bottoms. They were manufactured in London in 1944 by silversmiths ‘David R. Mills’ (D.R.M.) and are in excellent condition. They each stand 4cm high, with a diameter of 12.5cm and together weigh 215g.
