Superb Antique Silver & Enamel Snuff Box

This amazing, very early, exceptional quality solid silver and enamel snuff box, possibly French, from the late 1800’s is in excellent condition. It’s a circular, domed shaped, airtight lidded box with the most amazing workmanship and fine detail, featuring a beautifully engraved pattern, including flowers, around the entire box. The lid has also been decorated with some fine enamelling in blue, white and black colours, which highlight the amazing detail even further. The snuff box is in superb condition, and still retains its lovely, gilded interior. There are no makers or assay marks anywhere, but it has been tested by my jeweller as solid silver. It has a diameter of 61mm, stands 33mm high and weighs 52,5g.
