Superb Quality ‘Margaret Thatcher’ Crystal Goblet (Ltd Edition)

This superb quality crystal goblet was produced by ‘Webb Corbett’ for ‘Minton Crystal’ in a limited edition of only ‘750’, to commemorate ‘The First Woman Prime Minister of the United Kingdom’ - ‘THE RT. HON. MRS. MARGARET THATCHER’. The wine or toasting goblet has an air-twist stem and a star-cut base with a beautiful bowl featuring two acid etched images, ‘Mrs. Thatcher’ on one side and the ‘Big Ben’ clock tower at the ‘House of Commons’ on the other. This scarce crystal goblet has a small engraved, ‘No. 140’ below the bowl, and is in excellent condition and nicely weighted. It stands 18cm high, with a top and base diameter of 8,5cm and weighs 486g.
