Victorian Silver ‘Novelty’ Miniature Milk Pale (1871 – Jane Brownett)

This charming, solid silver, antique, novelty miniature milk pale with swing handle, was made over 150 years ago, in London in 1871 by a scarce and sought after female silversmith ‘Jane Brownett’ (J.B). It’s a lovely quality piece, made in a thick gauge silver with nice detail and considering its age is in great condition. It stands 25mm high (42mm with handle) measures 26mm in diameter and weighs 14g.
