Vintage Hand-Crafted/Trench Art Copper Box

This lovely, old, hand-made, possible trench art copper box has been well made. The hinged lid and sides have a hammered finish with a diamond design in the centres, and the hinges and join at the back have been copper rivetted. The box is wooden lined throughout, so was probably a cigar or cigarette box in its day. It is in great condition and has a lovely natural patina. It measures 16,6cm x 14,5cm and stands 8,7cm high, with a weight of 835g.
