Vintage ‘Peter McDougall’ (PMcD) Art Glass Paperweight (Signed)

This very collectable, super quality, handmade art glass (Millefiori) paperweight was made by the ‘Peter McDougall Glass Studio’ in Crieff, Scotland and has his tiny ‘PMcD’ signature cane on the base. It’s an attractive paperweight featuring numerous ‘star and flower’ canes of various sizes and colours on a clear base. ‘Peter McDougall’ was the Manager and Chief Glassmaker at ‘Perthshire Paperweights’ until they closed in 2002, he then went on making his own high-quality paperweights and formed his own glass studio ‘PMcD Glass’, until they closed in 2012. This lovely paperweight is in excellent condition and still has the original paper label above his tiny ‘PMcD’ cane on the base. It measures 6,5cm in diameter, with a height of 4,5cm and weighs 294g.
