Vintage Silver Cameo Brooch/Pendant

This lovely, good quality, Italian silver cameo brooch features a right facing, small oval portrait of a lady, beautifully hand carved with fine detail. The cameo is mounted in a solid silver frame with a simple roped border and can be worn as a brooch or pendant. It was made around the 1960’s in Italy and is stamped with the provincial mark ‘NA’ for ‘Napoli’, along with the worn silver purity stamp ‘800’ (800/1000). The brooch is in excellent with a secure pin and roll-over clasp, along with a small hanger for a chain. It measures 3cm x 2,4cm and weighs 6,2g.
