Vintage Silver-Plated Dessert or Cake Forks (Boxed)

This good quality, cased set of six lovely art deco dessert or cake forks from the 1930/40’s, were made in Sheffield, England by makers ‘George Ellis Ltd’, and are nicely presented in their original black felt and satin lined case. The forks are stamped ‘G. ELLIS’ ‘EPNS AI’ ‘Made in England’, along with their registration number ‘GB RD 869674’. The set is in excellent condition and appears to have been hardly used. Other than some marks to the satin, the case is also in excellent condition. The forks have a length of 14,3cm, and the case measures 20cm x 15,5cm x 3cm.
