Vintage Venetian Moriage ‘Creazioni’ Art Glass Bowl & Cover

This attractive, early, large, Venetian, partially frosted art glass powder bowl has a lovely shape with six rounded panels, all beautifully decorated and hand painted with garlands of Moriage flowers with pink painted ribbon bows in between, along with a domed clear glass lid with similar painted flowers. This lovely piece is in excellent condition and probably dates to the 1940/50’s. There’s a frosted oval mark on the base with the words, ‘CREAZIONI, DE-SI-GA’ and ‘HAND MADE’. It measures 18cm in diameter, stands 12,5cm high and weighs 905g.
