WW2 – POW/Trench Art Brass Bracelet (Cpl. A.W. WOOD)

This early, WW2 trench art or POW bracelet has been handmade out of brass, probably from a spent brass artillery shell and engraved with the soldier’s details ‘Cpl. A.W. WOOD, 8186, S.A.I.’. On either side of his details are the words ‘SOUVENIR’ and ‘FRANCE’. The bracelet is in great condition and measures 2cm at its widest with a weight of 19g.
